I’m having problems accessing your site. What do I do?

I can’t sign in to my dunnesstores.com online account

Ensure you are using the email and password you originally registered with.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgotten Password link on the login page and a reset password email will be sent to the registered account address. Click the link and a new password entry page will be displayed.

How do I select my delivery country?

To select the country that you would like to have you order delivered to please follow the below:

Desktop - Click on the Delivery To dropdown menu in the top right hand side of the homepage and select your delivery country.

Mobile - Go to the Menu button on the top left hand side of the homepage.
To change the delivery country tap on the flag displayed on the top left hand side and the delivery country list will displayed for selection.

Can I change the currency in my order?

When you place an order the currency displayed is determined by the delivery country selected in the top right hand corner of the homepage. If you select delivery to the UK all prices are in UK pounds and for all other delivery countries the prices are displayed in Euros.
