Store collection

Next day delivery to your selected store  - Free of Charge

When you checkout on dunnesstores.com you can opt to have your order delivered to your select store FREE of charge - No minimum spend is required.  For next day* delivery order before 10pm Sunday to Friday.   *excludes ROI and NI bank holidays and operational issues preventing delivery.

Once the order is delivered to your selected store you will receive a 'Ready for Collection' email to the email address provided when placing your order. 

Which stores have a Click & Collect service?

The following stores participate in the store collection service in the Republic or Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

Your online order will be delivered to your selected Dunnes Stores in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland next day* if ordered before 10pm Sunday to Friday. *excludes ROI and NI bank holidays and operational issues preventing delivery.

Once the order is delivered to your selected store your will receive a 'Ready for Collection' email to the email address provided when ordering. 

Spain

Your online order can be delivered to your selected Dunnes Stores in Spain free of charge.

Your order will normally arrive in store within 7 working days of ordering. 

Where in store do I collect my order from?

Please go to the Customer Service desk to collect your online order.

You will need to present a printed or digital (phone/tablet) version of the Order Confirmation or Ready for Collection email.

In addition, you may be asked to confirm the email address used when the order was made.

If you misplace or delete these emails, you can view the order details in the Order History section in your online account

We recommend when collecting your order that you open your parcel instore, to check that you are happy with your purchases.

What do I need in order to collect my order?

Please present a printed or digital (phone/tablet) version of the 'Order Confirmation' or 'Ready for Collection' email.

In addition, you may be asked to confirm the email address used when the order was made.

If you misplace or delete these emails, you can locate or print off the order details from the Order History section in your online account.

How long will the store hold my order for?

Your selected collection store will hold your order in store for 7 calendar days from the date that the 'Ready for Collection' email is sent.

If you wish to extend the hold period, please contact the Customer Service team.

How can I return my order?

Your online order can be returned to a store for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. 

If your order was paid for on dunnesstores.com, it can also be returned for a refund only by post to our Online Returns Centre. You have 28 days to return an item from the date the date of purchase.

Can I place an online order in store?

Online orders can be be placed in store for delivery either to a home address or to a selected Dunnes Stores within the order country

A delivery charge of €3.95 for the Republic of Ireland and £3.95 for the UK and Northern Ireland will apply if the order value is for less than €50/£40.
